Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at EnertexGroup

We accept returns.
You can return the items within 30 days of your purchase.
If it has been 30 days or more since your item was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund.

1. Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must contact [email protected].
• The support team will assign you a ticket number.
• Save your ticket number in case of any problems.
• You must complete our return request form.
• The product must be in the same condition in which you received it.
• The product may not be altered, modified, damaged, scratched, colored or bent.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method in euros within the next 30 days.

2. Exceptions

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
These include:

• Items damaged by customer misuse.
• Items that were delivered more than 30 days prior to the request.
• Items with a custom design.

3. Shipping

Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges shown on the packing slip or invoice.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunded amounts will not include shipping costs.

4. Additional Terms

• You can only try to return a purchased item 2 consecutive times.
  A third time will not be admitted.
• Orders over 999.00 euros will be charged with a restocking fee.
• Returns are only valid if the purchase was made through https://www.enertexgroup.com.
  We will not accept returns for products purchased through different websites.
• We are not responsible for any returns that do not have a return label with a ticket number.
